Camera-ready submission
For the OPODIS 2017 proceedings, we need the sources for the final version of your paper along with a signed author agreement form. The proceedings are going to be published in the LIPIcs series maintained by Dagstuhl. Please submit your camera ready, no later than November 15th, to the proceedings chair João Leitão (jc.leitao@fct.unl.pt), through a zip file named with the submission number. Inside this zip please put all your relevant files within a folder named with your submission number.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the OPODIS 2017 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.
Instructions for preparing the final camera-ready version of your paper:
-
Update your LIPIcs style to the following: http://drops.dagstuhl.de/styles/lipics-v2016/lipics-v2016-authors.tgz This style is a revised version where page numbers have the format “paper number : page number”. For example, the 15-page paper with “New number” 33 will go from page 33:1 to page 33:15.

Please especially make sure to adhere to the following guidelines provided to us by LIPIcs.
Use the LIPIcs sample article at http://drops.dagstuhl.de/styles/lipics-v2016/lipics-v2016-authors/lipics-v2016-sample-article.tex as starting point for your paper.
Check that all metadata is available, i.e., full author names (first names!), affiliations mentioning institution+city+country, ACM classification(s), keywords and an abstracts The abstract should preferably come with no LaTeX commands (or only very simple LaTeX commands) and literature references should also be avoided.
Typesetting: Check that all graphics and bibtex files are available. It is mandatory that there is exactly one LaTeX-file per article (and no include-files for sections/subsection) and one BibTeX-file.
To avoid delays in the processing of your camera ready version (which might delay the publication of your paper) please follow the following rules that was provided to us by the Dagstuhl editorial people:
Use pdflatex and an up-to-date LaTeX system.
Use further LaTeX packages only if required. Avoid usage of packages like enumitem, enumerate , cleverref, natbib, paralist wrapfig. Keep it simple, i.e. use as few additional packages as possible.
Add custom made macros carefully and only those which are needed in the article (i.e., do not simply add your convolute of macros collected over the years).
Do not use a different main font. For example, the usage of the times-package is forbidden.
Provide full author names (especially with regard to the first name) in the \author macro and in the \Copyright macro.
Provide one affiliation per authors in the \affil, even if two or more authors have the same affiliation.
Fill out the \subjclass and \keywords macros. For the \subjclass, please refer to the ACM classification at http://www.acm.org/about/class/ccs98-html.
If you refer to a longer version of the paper (“full version”), please make sure to provide a persistent URL, e.g., at arXiv. Preferrably mention this full version in a footnote attached to the title.
Take care of suitable linebreaks and pagebreaks. No overfull \hboxes should occur in the warnings log.
Provide suitable graphics of at least 300dpi (preferrably in pdf format).
Use the provided sectioning macros: \section, \subsection, \subsection*, \paragraph, \subparagraph*, ... “Self-made” sectioning commands (for example, \noindent{\bf My subparagraph.} will be removed and replaced by standard LIPIcs style sectioning commands.
Do not alter the spacing of the lipics-v2016.cls style file. Such modifications will be removed.
Do not use conditional structures to include/exclude content. Instead, please provide only the content that should be published – in one file – and nothing else.
Remove all comments, especially avoid commenting large text blocks and using \iffalse ... \fi constructions.
Keep the standard style (plainurl) for the bibliography as provided by the sample article. (natbib will be disabled.)
Use BibTex and provide exactly one BibTex file for your article. The BibTex file should contain only entries that are referenced in the article, preferably with a DOI. Please make sure that there are no errors and warnings with the referenced BibTex entries.
Note that a manual for the LIPIcs style is available at: http://drops.dagstuhl.de/styles/lipics/lipics-authors-v2016/lipics-manual-v2016.pdf
